October 20 – participants’ arrival

October 21–23 – working days of the conference

October 24 – excursions, closing ceremony

Travel, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the conference participants.

The Registration of participants should be done no later than October 1, 2025.

Terms of participation

Participation in the scientific program (Publication of one adopted paper 6 — 12 pages long) and paper oral or poster presentation by one of authors – € 150. Accompanying person – € 90.
Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): a conference bag with related documents, participation in all sessions and conference events. Conference fee for accompanying person covers: participation in all sessions and conference events.

All payments are made only after acceptance of an article for publication.
