October 18 – excursions, closing ceremony

Travel, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the conference participants.

Cultural activities:

Excursions to: Forest Museum, GIS-laboratory, Arboretum of VSUFT, Nursery complex of the Voronezh region, Voronezh State Nature Biosphere Reserve named after V.M. Peskov, «Museum of Nature», Museum of forest fires, State Archaeological Museum-Reserve «Kostenki».

The Registration of participants should be done no later than October 1, 2024.

Terms of participation

Participation in the scientific program (Publication of one adopted paper 6 — 12 pages long) and paper oral or poster presentation by one of authors – € 150. Accompanying person – € 90.
Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): a conference bag with related documents, participation in all sessions and conference events. Conference fee for accompanying person covers: participation in all sessions and conference events.

All payments are made only after acceptance of an article for publication.

The delegations arrive in the city of Voronezh at their own expense, independently incurring the cost of transportation services and hotel accommodation in the city of Voronezh. Hotel booking is also carried out independently.
