The conference will focus on the following issues:

3. Biodiversity of forest ecosystems, conservation and protection of forests.
4. Forestry and landscape architecture.
5. Economics and management in the forestry complex.
6. Timber industry and mechanization of the forestry complex.
7. Innovations in the forestry complex.
8. Digital technologies in the forestry complex.

Goals and objectives of the International Forest Forum - constructive discussion of the tasks and modernization’s mechanisms, innovative and technological development of the forest complex of Russian Federation and foreign countries, implementation of priority national and international programs and projects; development and presentation of specific recommendations for solving key problems in this area, assistance in the formation of a strategic partnership of the scientific and expert community, legislative and executive authorities, public organizations, business structures and the media, focused on the priority tasks of modernization and scientific and technological development of forestry and the timber industry.

October 14 – participants’ arrival

October 15–17 – working days of the conference

October 18 – excursions, closing ceremony

Travel, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the conference participants.

Cultural activities:

Excursions to: Forest Museum, GIS-laboratory, Arboretum of VSUFT, Nursery complex of the Voronezh region, Voronezh State Nature Biosphere Reserve named after V.M. Peskov, "Museum of Nature", Museum of forest fires, State Archaeological Museum-Reserve "Kostenki".
